Sure you can use R2 with imgproxy. First, you need to create an API token for R2 in Cloudflare's dashboard. This will give you an S3 API access key ID, an S3 API secret access key, and an S3 API endpoint.

Then, just configure your imgproxy like this:

AWS_REGION=auto
AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=<your access key ID>
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=<secret access key>
IMGPROXY_S3_ENDPOINT=<your S3 API endpoint>
IMGPROXY_S3_MULTI_REGION=0

... and use s3://<your-bucket-name>/<object-path> as a source URL
