Information is incorrect

Description

Docker Desktop fails to start. I receive the following error:
"running WSL engine: bootstrapping in the main distro: WSL-bootstrap: exit status 0xffffffff."

  • Tried resetting Docker Desktop to factory defaults.
  • Verified WSL2 is installed and registered.
  • Updated WSL kernel.
  • Enabled and verified Hyper-V.
  • Gathered diagnostics (attached file below).

Suggestion
