Possible Bug: Include Files Path and Assembly Path arguments not working as expected #188

I see that you can run the dotnet t4 command with some options such as my example below:

dotnet t4 -v -P=$(SolutionDir) -I=$(SolutionDir) -l templateExample.tt

I run the following template but
<#@ template debug="true" hostspecific="false" language="C#" #>
<#@ assembly name="AutoCodeGeneration\bin\Debug\CodeGeneration.dll" #>
<#@ include file="AutoCodeGeneration\TemplateExample2.tt" #>

What I expect would be that it searches in the above SolutionDir to look for the files which do exist in that folder but when this template is run, it only looks in the relative path so clearly I'm not utilizing these command arguments correctly or there is a bug here. If anyone can please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is an actual bug
