Merge "Pass function name to HttpRequestFactory::get/post"
Wikispeech is a MediaWiki extension which provides text-to-speech functionality allowing a page to be read aloud to the user.
It uses the Speechoid service to synthesize audio from the text on MediaWiki pages.
