    2. surma (killing, (voluntary) manslaughter under mitigating circumstances)
    3. tappo (voluntary manslaughter)
    4. murha (murder, voluntary manslaughter under aggravating circumstances, premeditated and/or brutal)
  • If negligent homicide is caused by gross neglect, it is called törkeä kuolemantuottamus (grossly negligent homicide).
