edit- Both superlative spellings are pronounced the same: /ˈlɛɪ̯diˌlaɪ̯kstən/. The form ladyliksten follows the orthographic principle that final -e is deleted before suffixes, but it is uncommon in practice. Duden recognizes both spellings.
