Blend of civil +‎ dialogue. By surface analysis, civil +‎ -logue. Coined by Jeffrey Weiss of the American political news website Politics Daily.[1]

  1. A civil discussion, especially one in which participants avoid insults, hostility, and negative characterizations of those with whom they disagree.
