Tingbjerg is surrounded by [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utterslev_Mose [Utterslev Mose]] to the west, north and east and [[Vestvolden]]to the south. These areas area a mixture of open lawns, scrub and woods with the canal of Vestvolden meetin the lake system of Utterslev Mose just south of Tingbjerg.
