Hi, I'm Steve.

For over a decade, I've been active on and off on Wikipedia, involved in improving Wikipedia's dispute resolution processes and helping other editors resolve their disputes. I created the dispute resolution noticeboard, served as a mediator for the Mediation Cabal, worked on various articles and performed maintenance activities including closing discussions, and general cleanup. I also served on the committee of Wikimedia Australia for several years.

I no longer have the time to contribute here anymore, and while few will notice or maybe even remember me (as I'm a relic now), to those that I did work with over the many years (and you know who you are), I will miss you.

I wish everyone on Wikipedia all the best. Signing off for the last time, Steven Crossin Help resolve disputes! 04:14, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

A barnstar for you!

  The Admin's Barnstar
Steven Crossin, I'm sorry to see you go. While there was no recent activity and the departure happened in relative silence, the requested removal of permissions marks the end of an era. It seems appropriate to provide a barnstar that combines thanks for the use of each of them over the years. All the best! 🍀🌻 ~ ToBeFree (talk) 05:15, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
It was nice to see your name pop up again. Hope our paths will cross again in the future! Legoktm (talk) 05:48, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
I don't know you well (to my disgrace), but I remember your name and you will certainly be missed. ♠PMC(talk) 01:06, 6 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Wishing you the very best, Steven; I'm too new to have really know you, but it's always sad to lose an excellent contributor. G-d bless, and godspeed! DFlhb (talk) 23:38, 1 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
