Hello there! My name is Nuzayer, and I’m a passionate Bangladeshi Wikipedia editor (Wikipedian) with a deep love for research and writing.
I contribute to both the English and Bangla (Bengali) Wikipedia, and I aspire to eventually write for the French Wikipedia as well. My interest in French stems from a genuine curiosity and admiration for the language, culture, cinema, music, literature, and the rich history of France. Learning the language is a journey I’m excited about, and it reflects my broader passion for exploring the diverse cultures and histories of the world.
As a Computer Science student, I combine my love for programming and mathematics with a broader range of academic interests. I dream of becoming an academic researcher, publishing research papers and contributing to scientific journals with work that can make a meaningful impact.
Beyond Wikipedia, I aim to write for magazines and newspapers, merging my interests in writing, technology, and global issues.
My diverse interests span from programming and mathematics to philosophy, politics, medicine, and linguistics. I have a particular fascination with pathogens, disease, and medical literature, as well as an intrigue for human anatomy. Maps, cartography, and vexillology (the study of flags) are also areas I love to explore, alongside learning about global cultures, history, the Imperial House of Japan and the British Royal Family. I also have a strong interest in nuclear physics and the historical significance of events like the Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear disasters.
Oh, and I also deeply admire Japanese cuisine, culture and music. (I really love anime and J-Pop).
