relation to LOTR

edit

During the part where Nelson comes to Lisa's aid, shouldn't he had an army behind him like in the The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (film)? This was quite a good episode. Temari of Wind13 03:50, 12 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

I don't know who keeps changing the article to read that the LOTR music used in this episode is "The End of All Things". It is NOT "The End of All Things". It is similar-sounding choral music taken entirely from the track "The Fields of the Pelennor". Anyone with a copy of the episode and the CD soundtrack can easily confirm this, so please stop reporting inaccurate information! Admonisher 18:39, 12 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

I wasn't changing that, I was reverting your removal of the reference to Helm's Deep. -- Scorpion 19:05, 12 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Why was Barts comment on the brown shirts removed?

Please see WP:OR and WP:TRIVIA and while your at it, look at Cape Feare, Homer's Enemy, Homer's Phobia and You Only Move Twice, all four of which are Featured articles, and see if you can notice the difference. -- Scorpion0422 18:11, 21 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Why isn't the reference to The Beatles listed here? I just put it now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.235.81.40 (talk) 22:17, 27 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

300

edit

Is the fort battle scene a parody of the movie 300, because there must have been about 100 fed ex guys and only 3 of the kids? Y2J RKO 16:59, 7 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think its more likely a reference to the Battle of Helm's Deep in The Two Towers. Gran2 17:03, 7 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
It uses the soundtrack to ROTK too. Thought it was pretty obvious with the fell beast and all. Alientraveller 08:27, 8 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
