Ray Huang's 1587 says Qi Jiguang died on January 17, 1588 (12th day of the 12th month of Wanli year 15 in the Chinese calendar) when everywhere on the internet says January 5 (8th day of the 12th month, Chinese calendar), though they are unsourced.
