Award formatting

I updated the formatting for this year to something similar to what is done for the Academy Awards (i.e. 84th Academy Awards). I think it's a lot compacter, neater, and easier to parse. Currently it's just set up with nominations, but when the winners are announced it would go from this:

Artist of the Year

to this:

Artist of the Year

(Instead of having a flat list, you just move the winner to the top, bold the name, then use two ** for the remaining list items.

What do people think?
