Changing the page title

Orissi cultureCulture of Orissa

There is no word called Orissi which ever has been used, the page name should be changed to Culture of Orissa, I really don't understand Kwamikagami found this word Orissi. Pages should not be moved without discussing them with the native speakers. [anon.]

The move was made because the article is not about the culture of the Oriya people, but of Orissa. "Orissi" is just the adj. form or Orissa, like saying "Indian culture" instead of "culture of India". (Check the OED.) Either one would work.
