No Fault Divorce
editMax Rheinstein was a research associate at the Institute for Social Research (Institut für Sozialforschung) in Frankfurt, Germany, from 1931 to 1933. He was also one of the first voices that ushered in no-fault divorce and the liberalization of divorce in America. This should be reflected in this article.
