| Description | March 15 - USS Decatur (DDG 73) received approximately 110,000 gals of fuel from Japanese oiler JDS Tokiwa (AOE 423) during an underway replenishment. This replenishment made Decatur the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force’s (JMSDF)’s 600th customer.
