Office for Entrepreneurs' Relief

I'm sure you're right, this is a hoax, but I don't think {{db-spam}} really applies, and as it hasn't been deleted yet it seems the admins probably agree. As a hoax it is not quite blatant enough for {{db-g3}}, so I propose to take it to AfD. That has the advantage, if it is some kind of scam, that after it is deleted a Google search will lead people to the record of deletion and on to the AfD debate which will set out the case that it is a hoax.
