Right now, I am working on improving the Cuisine of Hong Kong page as well as various mid and high priority pages related to Hong Kong cuisine. Hong Kong's cuisine is amazingly diverse, and while the current article conveys part of that, it's still a long way from fully showing the immense breadth and quality of it. My task is to improve the main article and related articles both in content and mechanics, and I hope that people who have visited HK or will visit it will gain a greater appreciation for the great food found there.
