Is there some reason that we are using a custom table for this rather than {{navbox}}? I won't try to argue about the ugly coloring at this point, but the title bar never shows up right, and other big cities use the navbox with the flag on the right to good effect (NYC is garish, but that's consistent with the city). See {{Los Angeles}}, {{New York City}}, {{Chicago}}, {{Toronto}}, etc. Don Lammers (talk) 18:21, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have mocked up this template using the standard navbox format: User:Killian441/Template:Denver. You lose the colors, but I think it flows a bit better, similar to {{Montreal}} or {{Charlotte, North Carolina}}. This mockup is the same content as the current template, but I am working on adding a couple of other mockups with different content for comparison purposes. -Killian441 (talk) 17:43, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I mocked up two more templates using navbox: User:Killian441/Template:Denver2, User:Killian441/Template:Denver3. The former is a more bare-bones template, similar to the Chicago or New York templates. The later template is an update to the first one I mocked up. I removed the corporate leader section and a couple redundant entries and consolidated the mayor and city council section into a Government section. The 3rd template is my personal favorite. -Killian441 (talk) 22:01, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I got distracted for a bit, but now that I'm back I've updated the template. I am using the 3rd template that I had previously mocked-up. -Killian441 (talk) 21:39, 5 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
