Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on LabCorp. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Update for acquisition graph

[edit]

Someone with more Wikipedia skills than myself might want to update the acquisition graphic, as I added a dozen acquisitions or so to the text today. I suggest using those acquisition with a known price of more than $100 million as the "important ones".

When using the Form 10-K documents of the early years one could get the exact prices of the first acquisitions of this millennium but most of them are two-digit million only. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.168.158.87 (talk) 00:37, 15 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Labcorp Page - Two factual errors

[edit]

  • What I think should be changed:

Wikipedia name is currently: Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings Requested change to current legal name: Labcorp Holdings Inc. (LH)

Add information on Fortrea spin off to make it clear Labcorp no longer has this part of the business: Requested addition: In July 2023, Labcorp completed the spin-off of Fortrea, the newly formed independent Contract Research Organization providing Phase I-IV clinical trial management, patient access and technology solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations around the world.

  • Why it should be changed: We would like to request the company name change to the new legal name, which is recognized as of the spin off with Fortrea. The current name on the page Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings is not accurate, and the new legal name is Labcorp Holdings Inc. (LH). We would also request the addition of a line about the Fortrea spinoff from Labcorp to make it clear on the page that part of the business is no longer with Labcorp.
  • References supporting the possible change (format using the "cite" button):

Also, please note that the suggested text in relation to the acquisition of Fortrea appears to be lifted directly from the source you provide, which is thus a breach of WP:COPYVIO. Axad12 (talk) 03:36, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
