I was thinking of adding one fact (although I don't have any citations for it) because "BMR" was one of my favorite disc jockeys on KFWB during the Beatlemania era ("KFWBeatles and 'I Love Her'") . . . he used to have a "pledge" he would say, assuming his listeners were repeating after him: "I will have No leader after MY leader, BMR!" . . . which was a mock pledge but an endearing part of his show personality . . . any comments from fellow listeners?
