La Impostora (The Impostor) is an upcoming Spanish-language telenovela to be produced by United States-based television network Telemundo Studios, Miami. Starring Lisette Morelos, Sebastián Zurita, and Christian Bach.[2]
La Impostora will be starring Lisette Morelos, Sebastián Zurita and Christian Bach, together with Manuel Landeta, Begoña Narváez, Mauricio Hénao, Jonathan Islas and Alpha Acosta.[3]
Telemundo will air the serial during the 2014 season. Telemundo will broadcast La Impostora on January 14, 2014 weeknights at 8pm/7c, replacing Marido en Alquiler.[4][5] As with most of its other telenovelas, the network will broadcast English subtitles as closed captions on CC3.
Plot
The story chronicles the life of Blanca Guerrero (Lisette Morelos), a waitress in Puerto Vallarta with abilities to mimic others. A White Day is hired by Adriano Ferrer (Manuel Landeta) an employer of high power, to impersonate a Millionaire investor from New York, the mission of Blanca is infiltrating the Altamira family to discover the whereabouts of the missing son of Adriano . But things get complicated when she meets Eduardo Altamira (Sebastián Zurita) son of Raquel Altamira (Christian Bach), with whom he will live a love story.
Production
La Impostora is recorded in the City of Mexico, the story is an adaptation of "Cerro Alegre." The writer arrau confirmed that the plot of the telenovela change rather than a man would be a woman, in addition to the plot that difference has changed considerably since its original 14 years have passed since the original and the script has changed a lot.
For the actor Sebastián Zurita is would be his first production Telemundo as the Actor has worked for several productions Televisa.
During The upfront-2013 Telemundo announced "La Impostora" as part of the 2014 season. The trailer or pilot was produced using Litzy and Fabían Ríos as the putative protagonists.[6]
