My name is David Love. My username is paedolinear in [[Shona language|Shona]]: derived from my firstborn child's name (Kathy) and a prefix denoting "father of" (baba). 

My contributions here are my own and without reference to my anyone else. I think declarations of interest are helpful and honest.
