Tedd Josiah a music and film producer has found his reason for being in the world of arts. Born in 1970, Tedd started as a musician with the group Ebony Affair and later formed a new group, Hart, which was disbanded in 1995 and that is when in 1995 he joined Sync Sound Studios as a producer. In 1999 he left Sync sound studios and formed Audio Vault Studios which was later renamed Blue Zebra in 2002. As a music producer Tedd is accredited for being among the first pioneers to nurture local talent such as that of Hardstone, Kalamashaka, Gidi Gidi Maji Maji, Necessary Noize, In-Tu, Pete Odera, Ndarling P and Ugandan musician Kawesa. He has also worked with Poxi Presha, Suzzana Owiyo, Achieng' Abura,Abbi, and Didge among others.
He is credited for producing compilation albums called 'Kenyan, The First Chapter' and 'Kenyan, The Second Chapter'. The two albums featured [[Hardstone]], [[Kalamashaka]], [[Gidi Gidi Maji Maji]], [[Necessary Noize]], [[In-Tu]], [[Jimmy Gathu]], [[Maina Kageni]], [[Pete Odera]], [[Ndarling P]] and [[Uganda]]n musician [[Kawesa]]


In the film industry Tedd produced the sound track for the movie project Daddy a Judy Kibinge film.In 2004 he filmed, directed and edited VIPI, a first time urban youth TV program showcasing the lifestyle of the Kenyan youth, aired on KTN (a local TV station) and had over10 million viewership.In 2007 Tedd produced BODA 2 BODA a youth magazineshow which was airedon TBC (Tanzanian local TV station) and later in 2008 produced a Mombasa Public beach safety documentary aimed to raise awareness and funding for public safety on the beach. During this period 2004 and 2008 Josiah worked on many music videos for artists from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and United Kingdom. In the 2007-2008 elections Josiah campaigned for ODM and its presidential candidate Raila Odinga. During the post-election crisis Josiah felt his life threatened and moved to London 2008, ending his career as a music producer in Kenya. 
Josiah is also the founder of [[Kisima Awards]], the premier annual musical awards held in Kenya. He was given producer of the year prize at the Kisima Awards in 2004, but he rejected it citing his position as an organiser of the awards. His passion for the arts has no boundaries and as he was away from home he worked as the Executive producer and content manager for [http://brandstv.tv/nn24-nigerias-news-channel-folds-up/ NN24] Nigeria which is a news and information broadcasting channel in Nigeria. Also he worked with Steel Drum Studios in London (UK),handling mainly motion graphics,animation and Live Action for clients like Sony and Nike. In August 2012, Tedd came back home (Kenya) to settle and also with a Mission to nurture NEW talent hence the creation of Sand Stone Studios (S3 Studios).
Like most studios in Kenya, Blu Zebra has a fixed producer and it operates also as a record label. Blu Zebra continues to be one of leading Kenyan production houses/record labels, alongside [[Mandugu Digital]], [[Ogopa DJs]], [[Calif Records]], [[Homeboyz]], [[Jomino]] among others.


S3studio is a Music-Video-Film-Graphics-Animation and creative studio.His vision is that it is time for Africans to take charge of African history & Africa's future by telling the real African story themselves through their diverse talents in the arts. He aspires to revolutionize the industry by nurturing new and untapped talent, giving back to the society in the world of arts (film and music) especially to the young people and show them that there is a different angle in life; one can make a career out of talent. Charlie Parker quoted, ‘Music is your own experience, your thoughts, your wisdom. If you don’t live it,it won’t come out of your horn. They teach you there’s a boundary line to music. But man,there’s no boundary line to art.  Tedd believes that Kenyan music & film will reign supreme and walk tall across the world! Talent is KEY in everything and it takes one to make steps so as to make a status!
