Article needs to be repaired
We need volunteers to repair the damage caused by Uwdwadafsainainawinfi after this editor's copyright violations and removing properly sourced contents. At the same time, we need to preserve new military aid announcements from the past few weeks. Anyone interested? OhanaUnitedTalk page 13:13, 1 June 2023 (UTC)
- Finished cleaning up Spain's copyright violation contents added by Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (who is now permanently blocked). I need assistance for other countries as Spain cleanup alone took me more than 30 mins (and Spain didn't donate a lot). If you cleaned up a country, please note it here to avoid duplication of effort. OhanaUnitedTalk page 03:46, 19 June 2023 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: Close as no consensus. Discussion fizzled out. No additional participants in the conversation despite multiple relisting. OhanaUnitedTalk page 03:22, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
List of military aid to Ukraine during the Russo-Ukrainian War → Military aid to Ukraine during the Russo-Ukrainian War – The current list format is limiting. The article itself has to try working around it (see section "Military aid planning"). It would make much more sense to write a mostly prose article with lists added in as needed. HappyWith (talk) 19:53, 8 October 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. Jenks24 (talk) 09:36, 25 October 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. — Amakuru (talk) 17:12, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
- You would lose a vast majority of the information if you altered the formatting of the article so radically. Some of the national aid efforts is either to numerous or small for a non list summarisation to be viable or necessary, The US and Colombia as respective examples. I believe the change being proposed would be a massive misstep for the preservation of information. A separate article on the chronology of foreign aid being approved and the political situations which has allowed and constrained the donation of military aid makes more sense and wouldn't be at the expense of the information in the current article. Panzerpampfpony (talk) 03:24, 9 October 2023 (UTC)
- Then would a WP:SPLIT be better? HappyWith (talk) 18:34, 9 October 2023 (UTC)
- It would depend, I believe there should absolutely be an exhaustive list of every nation's military aid to Ukraine, having the US, German, Australian etc contributions be on different articles makes no sense. Panzerpampfpony (talk) 20:35, 9 October 2023 (UTC)
- Then would a WP:SPLIT be better? HappyWith (talk) 18:34, 9 October 2023 (UTC)

The companies section is a little misleading. First of all, Spacex did not support Ukraine out of goodwill, but received federal funds from the United States. Spacex under Elon Musk also sabotaged multiple Ukrainian missions, which also resulted in personnel loss. 103.210.202.135 (talk) 15:24, 28 January 2024 (UTC)

The figure provided for the amount of monetary aid donated by the UK is missing a qualifier (e.g. billion). Merxa (talk) 19:06, 10 February 2024 (UTC)
They did crowd funding in the UK to buy 101 tracked armored British vehicles, and I don't think I see it listed. It also doesn't list exactly how much of which, just that they're all from the CVR(T) family, and the total number. And the last update I can find says that 24 were delivered last year, but not anything more recent. Source. Harizotoh9 (talk) 21:25, 20 February 2024 (UTC)

The French ministry of the armed forces have published an official list (link to the list : https://www.defense.gouv.fr/en/news/french-military-equipment-delivered-ukraine ) of military equipment sent to Ukraine between the 24th February 2022 and the 31th December 2023 so we now have a better idea of the military equipment sent by France. I suggest a number of change to take into account these information.
- Change "2 227mm LRU MLRS" to "4 227mm LRU MLRS"
- Not done I am not seeing this in the source. It says "Unitary Rocket Launcher: 4" but that's too vague to pertain clearly to this specific stat. * Pppery * it has begun... 22:52, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- Change "~20 155mm TRF1s" to "6 155mm TRF1s"
- Change "Unknown number of MO-120 RT heavy mortars." to "10 MO-120 RT heavy mortars."
- Change "30 to 40 AMX-10 RCR" to "38 AMX-10 RC"
- Change "~60 VABs" to "250 VABs"
- Change "Renault TRM 10000 Trucks" to "10 Renault TRM 10000 ACH Fuel Trucks"
- Change "Renault GBC 180 all-terrain 6X6 cargo trucks" to "6 Renault GBC 180 all-terrain 6X6 cargo trucks"
- Change "Peugeot P4 off-road vehicles" to "120 Peugeot P4 off-road vehicles"
- Not done Given the extra detail that they are "crowfunded by Ukrainian public" saying all 120 were would be synthesis. * Pppery * it has begun... 22:52, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- Change "Mistral systems" to "6 Mistral systems"
- Change "MILAN systems" to "3 MILAN systems"
- Change "HPD2A2s" to "3600 HPD2A2s"
- Not done Source says "Anti-Tank Mine : 3,600", not that all of them are HPD2A2s. * Pppery * it has begun... 22:52, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- Change "Unknown number of Ground Master 200 radars" to "1 Ground Master 200 radar"
- Not done I'm not seeing this in the source - unless a GM200 is the same as a CM200 which is not at all clear to me as someone unfamiliar with military terms. * Pppery * it has begun... 22:52, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- Change "150 reconnaissance drones purchased from the French company Delair" to "160 reconnaissance drones purchased from the French company Delair"
- Not done The source says 160 reconnaissance drones of some sort, nothing about them being ordered from Delair. This would be WP:SYNTH * Pppery * it has begun... 22:52, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- Add in the "Small arms" category : "•560 12.7mm machine gun" , "•1,000 Famas Aussault Rifle", "•20 sniper rifle"
- Change "Ammunition of various calibers (12.7mm ammunition, 155mm artillery rounds, etc.)." to "1.1 million ammunition of various calibers (9mm, 5.56 ammunition, etc.)."
- Add in the "Ammunition category" : "•1.74 million 12.7mm ammunition", "•30000 155mm artillery round", "9000 105mm round for AMX10 RC" (the AMX10 RC use specific ammunition)
- Change "OF 37 HE hand grenades" to "10500 OF 37 HE hand grenades"
- Not done The source says nothing about the specific brand of grenade, just 10500 grenades generally. * Pppery * it has begun... 22:52, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- Change "Helmets" to "6200 Helmets"
- Change "Bulletproof vests" to "6500 Bulletproof vests"
- Change "Army medical kits" to "3700 Army medical kits"
- Change "Electro-optical/Infra-red systems (including night detection binoculars ordered from Thales and Safran" to "Electro-optical/Infra-red systems (including 445 night detection binoculars ordered from Thales and Safran"

France: 78 Caesar Howitzers
France announced additional Caesar howitzers will be sent, but from the wording I'm not sure if it means an additional 78 + what has already been delivered, or if they aim for 78 total. APNews. Harizotoh9 (talk) 08:17, 27 March 2024 (UTC)
Aid provided
Under "aid provided" I see this: Philip Morris International; Donated 500,000 packs of cigarettes to the Ukrainian military; 1 March 2022
I mean, seriously, since when is this aid? I would rather call it an attempt, an abuse, to get more people hooked on their product!
Also it would be nice if we could see money-wise which part of all the "aid" was truly given, which part came through lend-lease, and which part also gave an economic impulse to the economy or business of the so-called "beneficiary".

Azerbaijan does not sends military aid to Ukraine - https://tass.com/world/1716465. It should be removed from the list of countries which send aid. 118.232.26.49 (talk) 13:19, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
- TASS is not considered a reliable source per WP:RSP.
- I was able to find an article by Trend News Agency parroting claims by Azerbaijan's Media Development Agency, but I'm unsure if a single article by a pro-government source overrides the five relatively independent ones currently used, one of which provides (supposed) leaked government documents to support its claims.
