Royalmount is a mixed-use district under construction in the city of Mont-Royal in the Montreal agglomeration that will include residential buildings, offices, shops and attractions. Announced in 2015 by the real estate developer Carbonleo, the project is built on a former industrial site of 2.5 million square feet at the junction of the Décarie and Métropolitaine motorways, by Décarie interchange. The expected cost is $1.7 billion for the first phase and $7 billion in total
