The district is currently represented by Republican Mike Garcia. The district covers the San Gabriel Foothills including the communities of Alhambra, Altadena, Arcadia, Bradbury, Claremont, East Pasadena, Glendora, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Rosemead, San Antonio Heights, San Gabriel, San Marino, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena, South San Gabriel, Temple City, and Upland.
