Missing sense: a certain food, but not meat?

[edit]

Chambers 1908 defines white-meat (hyphenated) as "food made of milk, butter, eggs, etc." Equinox 15:55, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Yes, please update this entry to include the meaning “milk, butter, and eggs”. The phrase is found both with and without the hyphen. It is defined in older editions of Black’s Law Dictionary, up through the 1960s. I would make the changes myself but I do not feel qualified to word in Wiktionary at this point.
