Abstract: In article the structure of a control system of business career of personnel is considered. The special attention is paid to technologies of career development. In detail such technologies as advance forecasting are considered; technology of a self-assessment of career opportunities; development of requirements of participation in career process; self-organization of career development; saving of time in achievement of the career purposes; overcoming of career crisis. Also the personal factors influencing career are analyzed.
