Abstract: The focus of this science paper is to microscopically; identify and analyze unconsidered newly factors in developed and underdeveloped countries that continue to hamper the growth of Micro Enterprise. It also seek to further produce an in-depth analysis of identified causes that promote the surviving existence of micro enterprise, lacking Entrepreneurial character to expand in developing and underdeveloped economy
