Abstract:
This manual will serve as a guide for those wanting to implement the dietary adequacy prediction model. The methods described here allow one to use easy-to-collect data on household food consumption and household composition to make predictions about the dietary adequacy of a diet for a given population. The manual also includes exercises so that the analyst can practice using SPSS programs to generate results on dietary adequacy with sample data.
