Abstract:

The world economy has witnessed many big and fast changes in this era. The companies which have old technology, deal with old world business types are experiencing fiancial problems and show a tendency to dismiss staff from employment because of not being able to keep up with the times. On the other hand, science and technology’s very fast changes caused new business areas to be created, and the companies and institutions which front these new areas, are faced with distress of absence of trained staff. Associated with the world has integrated in terms of fiance, international companies which seems like it is impossible to go bankrupt for them are disappearing, and common market- like-groupings reduce global competition to intolerable stages. Companies change hands in international money markets and stock markets in a very short time, in new corporate governance, previous working culture of the company that they will administer and the career steps that company foresees for staff have lost their importance. For these reasons, the terms of career and career management make survival sense for staff. In this article, we will examine defiition of these two terms in their stages in business world.
