Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of working capital management on financial performance by using the data of companies traded in the BIST 100 index. BIST 100 index was examined by panel data analysis method using data from 14 years periods of 16 companies that traded continuously 2005-2018. In the study, two models were specified based on the return on assets and return on equity. As a result of the analysis in Model 1, while the positive relationship was determined between investment policy and return on asset; a negative relationship was determined between financing policies and return on asset. In Model 2, while the positive relationship was determined between investment policy and return on equity, there is no relationship between financing policy and return on equity.
