FORECASTING OF KEY FACTORS IN DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SYSTEMS

Abstract: Procedure of determination of key factors of development of organizational, economic and social systems is shown. Procedure draws on the results of method of qualitative modeling. The base of this method is the theory of the weighted directed grapfs. Application of method is illustrated by the example of determination of group of key factors for the social complex of university (for its campus).
