Would you open your code?
Open-source software has become a crucial part of the technology ecosystem. Sharing your code with the world can bring numerous benefits, but it also comes with certain risks.
We opened our project, it's called Litlyx (please leave a star on github if you like it! It means a lot for us!) and is a One-Line Code Analytics Solution for traking more than 10 KPIs for your website & web apps. It comes with a dashboard, an AI data analyst integrated to help you navigate your data collected with Lit.
I want to leave some question to you and i would love to engage in the comments below!
Questions to consider:
- Would you open your code?
- What are the risks involved, in your opinion?
Let's discuss! Comment down below.

Good morning,
I too am very grateful to the devs of open source projects.
This is good for several reasons:
Good work for Litlyx and opennotas.
Have a great day, your reasons are quite similar to mine :D
I am extremely grateful for open-source projects and the people behind them. In fact, I benefit a lot from such projects and I also want to give back. Therefore, I have a small product here that I hope will help someone: tonghoai/opennotas. Your project is also amazing, so it deserves to be known by more people π₯³
Thanks a lot for your partecipation to open-source. I think your notepad open-source is amazing for real! You gained a fan!
I think that is true. I think open-source is good even for bigger projects, even funded one and backed by vc's. You build trust in your solution! Do you agree?
