Captain 20 was a fictional character, an astronaut (and later an alien) who hosted Washington, D.C.'s WDCA (Channel 20) afternoon children's television block of cartoons and live action shorts like Ultraman, until TVX Broadcast Group (which later became Paramount Stations Group, now CBS Corporation) bought WDCA Channel 20.
