You would like to rename File:Lagoa Rasa.jpg to “File:Lagoa de Santiago (Sete Cidades).jpg” to correct obvious errors in filenames, including misspelled proper nouns, incorrect dates, and misidentified objects or organisms. But I do not see such error. The photo depicts Lagoa Rasa (the crater) in the foreground, with Lagoa de Santiago only in the background. So you should propose a better name, with Lagoa Rasa in the file name (and preferably "2011" in it as well, which I forgot), or leave it the way it is. Yes, I think you are right and that the name is not correct. It is indeed Lagoa de Santiago and Lago Verde (according to Google Maps) in the background. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

 Question So can the name be "Lagoa de Santiago and Lago Verde 2011"? I can change the name myself. After that I'll change the description and perhaps the categories. But first let me know what would be correct. JopkeB (talk) 16:15, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

There is an error in one of your edits on Sutton, Dublin which you have moved to Sutton, Fingal. Fingal is an administrative area rather than a geographic one used as a name of a council district so no one would ever refer to where they are from as Sutton, Fingal.Financefactz (talk) 10:04, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your message. This sounds to me like an opinion rather than a fact. Fingal is a county and Sutton is in it. So the category name "Sutton, Fingal" is not wrong, it is an accurate description of where the town is located. Category:Sutton, Dublin still exists so the right category can still be easily found. If you think that we should not be categorizing in Category:Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Category:Fingal and Category:South Dublin, I encourage you to open a COM:CFD to discuss this issue. Cheers.
