Bahasa Indonesia: Taksu menjadi spirit yang mempunyai kekuatan spiritual dan membuat orang yang melakukannya menjadi lebih seken (serius). Taksu inilah yang diyakini memberikan nilai,kekuatan, spirit dalam setiap aktivitas sosial dan religius dalam kehidupan masyarakat agama hindu dibali. Taksu juga disimbolkan dalam bentuk bangunan pelinggih (tempat suci) untuk dapat memuja Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, simbol inilah yang digunakan sebagai media dalam mentrasformasi kekuatan suci tuhan karena tuhan itu bersifat asbtrak, tak terpikirkan dan terbayangkan, maka mustahil orang mewujudkannya secara langsung, oleh karena itu dipergunakan simbol-simbol sebagai bentuk kemahakuasaan beliau dan dilakukan proses penyucian (ritual) untuk menjadikan simbol itu sakral dan mempunyai daya magis. |
