Fotografiert im Bundeshaus Ost.Das Bildkonzept wurde entwickelt von der Fotografin Sina Guntern, dabei war das Motto wie folgt von der anstehenden Bundespräsidentin Viola Amherd und der BK und Kommunikationsverantwortliche des Departementes VBS vorgegeben:«Zuversicht – Verbundenheit – Weitsicht»Diese Werte sollten im Bundesratsfoto widerspiegelt werden: in welcher Form war der Fotografinüberlassen. Mit dem Bundesratsfoto sollten Optimismus und Freude ausgestrahlt werden. Das Matterhorn war als Sujet gewünscht.Der Vorschlag der Fotografin mit Konzept und Visualisierung wurde gepitcht und ausgewählt.Teil des Konzeptes: Ein symbolisches Schweizer Bergpanorama (dafür hat die Fotografin über das Land so breit wie möglich gestreckt markante Bergformen ausgewählt) wird ins Bundeshaus gebracht, von wo aus der BR hauptsächlich für diese Schweiz Entscheidungen trifft.Es wurden Berge versetzt... Das Set wurde real in der Location aufgestellt, die Gruppe wurde nicht zusammengesetzt, sonder ist tatsächlich in der Konstellation fotografiert wie sie zu sehen ist. Der Hintergrund wurde aus verschiedensten Materialien aufgebaut - wie eine Art Schattenwand.Personen im Bild von Links nach Rechts: Bundeskanzler Viktor Rossi, Bundesrat: Elisabeth Baume-Schneider, Ignazio Cassis, Karin Keller-Suter, Viola Amherd, Guy Parmelin, Albert Rösti, Beat Jans
