No WP 1989-07, Working Papers from Philippine Institute for Development Studies
Abstract:
While this paper presents a Philippine perspective on Japanese and US official development assistance to the Philippines, it does not attempt to quantify its contributions to development. Rather, it reviews the flows of Japanese and US assistance in terms of both quantity and quality. It also indicates some possible directions regarding the future role of Japanese and US development assistance to the Philippines.
