Homeownership and unemployment

Abstract: The effect of homeownership on unemployment is, a priori, ambiguous. By introducing the role of homeowners in the “equilibrium unemployment theory”, however, this theoretical paper succeeds in establishing the sign of the relation between homeownership and unemployment.
