Sautéed Peppers are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Sautéed Peppers are made by Cooking Spicy Peppers in a Cooking Pot. Since their only ingredient is Spicy Pepper, there is no default version of them, and only Spicy Sautéed Peppers can be made. Eating these Meals will grant Link one level of Cold Resistance. They will also heal a number of Hearts to his Life Gauge. The heat of the Meal gives the Spicy Peppers a sweeter taste.[1]
