     Raymond Forbes was born on 26 June 1882.1 He was the son of William Francis Forbes and Phillis Gabriella Rowe.1 He married Sybil Ada Florence Fitzherbert, daughter of Arthur Vesey Fitzherbert and Eveline Clemina Lyons-Montgomery, on 5 November 1913.1 He died on 4 June 1961 at age 78, without issue.1 He was also reported to have died on 3 June 1961.2

     Her married name became Forbes.

     He held the office of Groom of the Bedchamber in 1727.4 He held the office of Governor of Minorca.1
