     Oliver Wrightson was born on 28 May 1920.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Garmondsay Guy Wrightson, 2nd Bt. and Gwendolin Cotterill Neame.2 He died in 1988.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1950 entitled to practise as a barrister.1
