     Ruth Boswell Stone was born circa 1871.1 She was the daughter of Reverend E. D. Stone.2 She married Very Rev. Ralph Layard White, son of Robert Holmes White and Elizabeth Sarah Frith, on 1 November 1910.1 She died on 20 December 1961.1
     From 1 November 1910, her married name became White.

     She was registered as a Associate, Royal College of Music (A.R.C.M.) in 1936.1 She was registered as a Licentiate, Royal Academy of Music in 1937.1 She was Secretary of Gloucester Diocesan Board for Women's Work between 1947 and 1960.1 She lived in 2003 at St. Katharine's House, Wantage, Oxfordshire, England.1

     He fought in the Boer War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Suffolk Regiment.1
