     James Morrison Low was born on 14 October 1891.1 He was the son of Sir James Low, 1st Bt. and Katherine Mary Duff Munro.2 He died on 1 July 1916 at age 24, killed in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Seaforth Highlanders.1

     Sir Walter John Morrison-Low, 2nd Bt. was born on 27 May 1899.1 He was the son of Sir James Low, 1st Bt. and Katherine Mary Duff Munro.2 He married, firstly, Dorothy Ruth de Quincey Quincey, daughter of Richard de Quincey Quincey, on 23 September 1924.1 He married, secondly, Henrietta Wilhelmina Mary Purvis, daughter of Major Robert Walter Purvis and Henrietta Walton Gilmour, on 13 October 1948.1 He died on 19 July 1955 at age 56.1
     He was given the name of Walter John Low at birth.1 He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Scots Guards.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Low, of Kilmaron, co. Fife [U.K., 1908] on 30 June 1923.1 On 1 September 1924 his name was legally changed to Walter John Morrison-Low by Deed Poll.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Fifeshire.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Major in 1943.1
