     Reverend Desmond William Adair Stride is the son of Commander Desmond Adair Stride.2 He married Hon. Mary Pleasant Lowry Lamb, daughter of Ernest Henry Lamb, 1st Baron Rochester and Rosa Dorothea Hurst, on 4 September 1941.1
     He was headmaster at St. Michael's College, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, England.3

     Hon. Muriel Joan Lowry Lamb is the daughter of Ernest Henry Lamb, 1st Baron Rochester and Rosa Dorothea Hurst.2 She married William Oswald Collier, son of Sir Laurence Collier and Eleanor Antoinette Watson, on 29 August 1947.2 She and William Oswald Collier were divorced in 1957.2
     She graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1943 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 From 29 August 1947, her married name became Collier. She was 3rd Secretary, British Embassy Oslo.1 She graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1957 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 She was Senior Lecturer at Loughborough College of Education, Loughborough, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1
