George Griffin Tyler1

     George Griffin Tyler was born circa 1830 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of James Endell Tyler.1 He married, firstly, Maria Louisa Cooper in 1861 at Paddington, London, EnglandG.1 He married, secondly, Mary Octavia Rolls, daughter of John Etherington Welch Rolls and Elizabeth Mary Long, in 1876 at Monmouthshire, WalesG.1 He died on 15 April 1912 at Monmouthshire, WalesG.1
     His name was legally changed to George Griffin Griffin.1

     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Northumberland Fusiliers.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Antrim.2 He lived at O'Harabrook, Ballymoney, County Antrim, IrelandG.2
