Can I use this switch to toggle between a wall outlet (110AC) and a light bulb (10W 90mA)?
90mA < 15A 110V AC < 250V AC So yes...
Does it fit in the missile cover?
No. The toggle bit is too long and closing the cover would turn on the switch in one direction.
