This is coming from a lifelong gamer, 20 years old, who grew up a huge playstation and nintendo fan, as well as a die hard pre-world of warcraft blizzard fan.

Honestly I am moderately excited for some of nintendos shit, particularly the sexy new zelda and goldeneye remakes. but i still hate playing games on the fucking wii. also, Im done buying handhelds because everytime I buy one the new one is announced in a month. I will bum someones 3ds to play a couple of those remakes, but I dont seee anything about the 3ds worth whatever outrageous amount nintendo will charge.I plan on getting Kinect, the new zelda, and goldeneye. Once I own an HDTV, I will eventually get around to buying a ps3 so I can play little big planet and the new twisted metal. Also, metal gear rising is lookin pretty cool. So is the next assasins creed. ALSO, where the fuck is my mirrors edge 2. Basically, I have lost most of my interest in console gaming. I still dont see any original titles that I give even a tiny bit of a shit about everything is a sequel. If E3 had gone my way, microsoft would have released a new console with upgraded hardware, not just a slim, so that it can compete with the power of the ps3, but have the epic game lineup to match. if e3 had gone my way, nintendo would have taken their home console and split it into 2 lines. One for the wii where they can releease their gimmicky shit casual gamer games and endless mario spin offs, and another one for hardcores. name it the gamecube 2.0 or something. Just make it HD with a non-motion control zelda game and I would have been drooling for it. In all reality. I might get kinect. I will probly get MGS Rising. I will rent assasins creed 2. I will borrow or rent the new zelda, and I will buy goldeneye. but if shit keeps going this way, im swearing off console gaming forever, because PC gaming is where its at. 3D gaming for pc is already here full swing. Its got better games, better community, better controller (keyboard and mouse FTW) And essentially, the consoles just keep getting closer and closer to being PC's anyways.

im a huge led zeppelin fan, i think they are the greatest band ever, but thats up for debate. but whats not up for intelligent debate was him saying that "dragonforce" was not only better than led zeppelin, but he thought that herman lee was the greatest guitar player in history, he also though that dragonforce is the best band ever

yet he could only name one song besides through the fire and the flames, and i could name about 15. and he couldnt even name more than 2 led zeppelin songs. all because of guitar hero, which is a game i love.

motherfucker actually said to me that if led zeppelin was so good they would be in guitar hero.

i like the game, but it is completely distorting peoples understanding of music.
